A 4-year-old boy was killed when his car collided with another vehicle while traveling in northwest Houston, authorities said.
Authorities said the boy’s parents were driving in a car with a toddler, who was in the back seat, when the car hit a vehicle carrying an adult and another person.
Authorities have not released the names of the adults, but said they were not in the car when the crash occurred.
The boy was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, said Houston Police Department spokesman Sgt. Kevin Allen.
The 4-month-old girl was in stable condition at an area hospital, Allen said.
Police are not releasing any other details about the crash.
